Christopher Rivera is a multifaceted real estate entrepreneur with a strong focus on investment and commercial properties, as well as short- and long-term rental management. Christopher has developed extensive knowledge of Puerto Rico’s economic development and real estate incentive programs, particularly those established under Act 60, the Puerto Rico Incentives Code, with a special interest in incentives related to tourism development, real estate investment, and urban revitalization. His knowledge includes Puerto Rico’s tourism incentive framework, historically established under the Tourism Development Act of 2010 (Act 74-2010) and subsequently consolidated into Act 60, as well as newer legislative initiatives designed to encourage investment, rehabilitation, and redevelopment within Puerto Rico’s traditional urban centers.
He is particularly passionate about applying these tools not simply as investment incentives, but as mechanisms for economic and community development.
